For any defective or damaged items received with your order placed through www.pakopas.com, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase. All other items may be returned minus a 20% restocking fee, and must be unused and in new condition. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. Please note we do not offer exchanges. 

To request a return, email us back or use the ‘contact’ form and include your order number in the email subject line, a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return, and photos of the defect(s) or damaged items, if applicable.

• Upon receipt of the return item(s), a refund will be issued back to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

• Customer Service hours: 9am-7pm EST, Monday-Friday (excluding US holidays). 

• All transactions made through the site are subject to Pakopas’ return policy in effect at the time of purchase. 

• Items marked ‘final sale’ or ‘clearance’ are not eligible for refund.
